Privacy & Accuracy
Your Text
Word counting, spelling checks, and other local text tools run in your browser. Your text is not automatically sent to IFZO's servers.
AI Features
AI is optional and requires your own API key. Your text is sent to the AI provider you configure only when you click Generate. IFZO does not intentionally collect or store your API key on its servers. Your AI provider processes your request under its own privacy policy and data practices.
API Key Storage
If you choose Save key, your API key is stored in your browser's local storage so you can use it again later. It is not encrypted secret storage and may be accessible to scripts running on the same website origin. Use your own device and browser profile, and click Forget key when you no longer need it.
Protect Your Data
Avoid entering confidential or sensitive information into AI features unless you understand the provider's policies. For additional privacy, clear your saved API key and any locally saved text after each use, especially on shared or public computers.
Your Responsibility
You choose the AI provider and are responsible for reviewing its terms, privacy policy, usage limits, and charges.
Accuracy & Limitations
Readability, passive voice, syllables, and SMS segments are estimates. Social platform limits can change. This page currently supports TXT, PDF, and DOCX uploads. Uploaded files are processed locally in your browser.
How to Use IFZO Word Counter
1. Enter or Upload Text
Type or paste text directly into the editor, or upload a supported TXT, PDF, or DOCX file. Your text statistics update automatically after the text is loaded.
2. Understand Your Statistics
View words, characters, characters without spaces, sentences, paragraphs, lines, and estimated reading time.
3. Check Spelling
Misspelled words may have red wavy underlines. Click an underlined word to view suggestions, then select a replacement to correct that occurrence.
4. Use Right-to-Left Mode
Enable the Right-to-left editor option for text that reads from right to left. The built-in spelling dictionary checks English, not Urdu or Arabic.
5. Save Your Text
Enable Save text in this browser to store your draft locally in your browser. Keep a separate backup of important text.
6. Clear or Export Your Work
Use the available Clear and export controls to manage your text. Review your content before clearing or exporting it.
7. Tips for Best Results
- Review spelling suggestions before accepting them.
- Check extracted text after uploading a PDF.
- Names and technical terms may be flagged as misspellings.
- Spelling detection is limited to 2,000 detected errors for performance.
